TO LAND STARSHIP APPROACHES ON THE MOON: NASA ASTRONAUTS.

I inform you about the updates NASA astronauts. The Moon has only been visited by 24 humans, and none has returned since 1972. NASA has chosen Star ship to make the first astronaut landing on the lunar surface since the Apollo programme, the agency revealed today. We feel honoured to work with NASA to launch a new age of space STARSHIP exploration for people.

Together, NASA and SpaceX have carried out successful collaborations that are equally audacious and inventive, including regaining American capability to launch astronauts into orbit and return them safely to Earth. In order to get back to the Moon, we will build on our previous successes and draw on years of close technological cooperation. By achieving this, we will set the stage for future manned missions to Mars and other planets.

It will be necessary to transfer crew and a sizable amount of goods in a secure and cost-effective manner in order to sustain human habitation on the Moon. A launch, propellant delivery, rendezvous, and planetary lander system with strong capabilities and safety measures specifically created to provide these crucial building blocks is represented by SpaceX’s Star ship spaceship and Super Heavy rocket STARSHIP.
We are proud to be a member of NASA’s Artemis Program, which is bringing the first woman and second man to safely touch down on the Moon’s surface.

HIGH-ALTITUDE FLIGHT TEST FOR STARSHIP SN11

On March 30, SpaceX launched the Star ship for its fourth high-altitude test from Star base in Texas. Star ship Serial Number 11 (SN11) was propelled through ascent by three Raptor engines, each of which shut down in turn before the vehicle reached apogee, or about 10 km in height, as in previous high-altitude flight experiments. Prior to reorienting itself for re-entry and a controlled aerodynamic drop, SN11 executed a propellant shift to the internal header tanks, which store landing propellant.

The landing burn began, and shortly after, SN11 underwent a quick, unplanned disintegration. Teams will keep analysing data as they prepare for our upcoming flight test at space station.

The goal of test flights is to advance our knowledge of and development of a fully reusable transportation system that will enable humankind to travel to Mars and beyond while carrying both personnel and cargo on lengthy interplanetary trips

HIGH-ALTITUDE FLIGHT TEST FOR STARSHIP SN10

STARSHIP

SN10 was propelled through climb by three Raptor engines, each of which shut down in sequence before the vehicle reached apogee, or around 10 km in height, similar to the high-altitude flight tests of Star ship SN8 and SN9. Before reorienting itself for re-entry and a controlled aerodynamic drop, SN10 made a propellant shift to the interior header tanks, which store landing propellant.

Active aerodynamic control was used to regulate the Star ship prototype’s descent STARSHIP. This was done by independently moving the vehicle’s two front and two aft flaps. An onboard flight computer operated all four flaps to regulate Star ship’s attitude during flight and permit a perfect landing at the targeted spot. The Raptor engines on SN10 restarted as the craft successfully executed the landing flip manoeuvre before touching down on the landing pad!
As if the flight test weren’t dramatic enough, shortly after landing, SN10 underwent a quick, unannounced disassembly. Overall, it was a great day for the Star ship teams because these test flights are all about advancing our knowledge of and research into a fully reusable transportation system that is intended to carry passengers and cargo on protracted interplanetary journeys, assist humankind in visiting the Moon again, travel to Mars, and beyond.

The entire Star ship and SpaceX teams deserve praise for the successful flight test!

SPACEX TO RELEASE THE INSPIRATION4 ORBITAL MISSION.
After the Space Shuttle’s last mission in 2011, SpaceX restored America’s capacity to transport NASA astronauts to and from the International Space Station. Dragon was built to transport commercial personnel to Earth orbit, the space station, and beyond in addition to NASA astronauts.

STARSHIP

Today, it was revealed that SpaceX will launch Inspiration4 using a Falcon 9 rocket from the famed Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Centre in Florida no earlier than the fourth quarter of this year. Inspiration4 will be the first all-commercial crew mission to space. The three seats next to him on the Dragon are being donated by Shift4 Payments founder and CEO Jared Isaac man to people from the general public, whose names will be released in the coming weeks.

Visit Inspiration4.com to find out more about how to maybe take part in this historic trip into space.

SpaceX will provide the Inspiration4 crew with commercial astronaut training on the Dragon spacecraft, the Falcon 9 launch vehicle, orbital mechanics, working in zero gravity and other types of stress testing. They will go through drills for entering and exiting spacesuits and spacecraft, emergency preparedness training, and partial and whole mission simulations.

SpaceX mission control will closely monitor this multi-day voyage as it follows a tailored flight route, orbiting Earth every 90 minutes. At the end of the voyage, Dragon will re-enter Earth’s atmosphere and land softly in Florida’s Gulf Coast.

SPACEX receives NASA approval for human spaceflight.

STARSHIP

The first commercial system in history to receive this designation, NASA today announced that it has approved SpaceX’s Falcon 9 and Crew Dragon human spaceflight system for crew trips to and from the International Space Station. NASA hasn’t validated a spacecraft, rocket, or ground support system for routine astronaut flights since the space shuttle’s certification almost 40 years ago.

Dragon’s second demonstration flight test to and from the space station, which was launched atop Falcon 9 on May 30, 2020, brought back human spaceflight to the United States for the first time in nearly ten years. Years of research, testing, and training culminated in that trip, with safety always being SpaceX’s primary priority.

SpaceX’s primary goal is human spaceflight, and we take NASA’s trust in us to transport humans to and from the International Space Station safely very seriously. We feel honoured to assist NASA in launching a brand-new age of space exploration.
